UMR OFFICE TOWER

Located on Istanbul’s Asian side, on a site surrounded predominantly by office buildings and facing the forest, the project emerged from the idea of creating a building that rises through a series of fragmented volumes and strategic setbacks, rather than as a single monolithic block. These volumetric shifts create changing compositions from different viewpoints, shaping not only the architectural character of the building but also the user experience. Terraces and open spaces formed at different levels provide social zones where employees can take a break, relax, and experience the city from different elevations and perspectives.
