MASLAK ADOZER OFFICE TOWER

Located in Maslak, one of Istanbul’s most prominent central business districts, the project is conceived as a clean and rational office tower along Dereboyu 2 Avenue. Composed of transparent glass surfaces, the tower rises from the ground as a strong and coherent volume, creating a distinct architectural presence that directly addresses and welcomes users at the street entrance. Diagonal solar shading elements define the character of the tower’s façade, gradually becoming more sparse in response to the building’s relationship with the sun, creating a controlled rhythm across the façade. The changing density of these elements reinforces the tower’s verticality while introducing a dynamic sense of movement to the façade. The building’s sharply and precisely defined termination balances this dynamic façade language, resulting in a contemporary, minimalist, and distinctive architectural identity.
