İZMİR MGPL MIXED-USE PROJECT

The project is designed in one of İzmir’s areas with significant potential for urban transformation and development, and is conceived as a mixed-use urban destination that integrates diverse functions within a shared living environment. Comprising residential, hotel, office, retail, and cultural uses, the project is organized around a permeable spatial configuration that strengthens the relationship between architecture, landscape, and public spaces. With a total construction area of 250,000 m², the complex aims to create a dynamic urban fragment that remains active throughout the day and brings together diverse user groups.
