EMLAK KONUT TUZLA MARINA HOUSING

Located in Tuzla, Istanbul, the project comprises 450 residential units across an approximately 140,000-square-meter site. The design aims to establish a direct relationship between every residence and either a private garden or rooftop terrace, creating a continuous open-space network across different levels of the site. Taking advantage of the natural potential offered by the site's topography, the residences at garden level are designed with the character of terraced houses and villas. A second landscaped plane provides residents on the upper levels with access to garden spaces as well. In this way, the project establishes a residential model that integrates everyday living with the landscape while maintaining spatial continuity between the different levels of the site
