BODRUM BİTEZ RESIDENCES

Designed for a sloping site with a deep perspective stretching from Bitez Bay toward Kos Island, this project is located in Bodrum and comprises 26 villas. The villas offer uninterrupted panoramic views of the captivating beauty of the Aegean, allowing residents to experience the landscape from a wide-angle perspective. Carefully positioned on the site through detailed analyses of solar exposure and shading conditions, the villas embrace a planning approach that blends indoor and outdoor living, effectively dissolving the boundaries between the two and enabling the spaces to be enjoyed throughout the day. While providing a comfortable living environment that remains as open as possible to the surrounding views, the vertical elements, harmoniously integrated into the architectural composition, subtly control visual relationships between neighboring villas without completely eliminating them.
